Production of Vegetables

In 2006 the company created Deroni Agricultural company Trayana Agro for the production of fresh vegetables.Arable land area is approximately 3150 dca. Thus Deroni provide itself as raw materials for their products and is able to sell fresh vegetables to other producers on the open market. To achieve high yield and quality is needed year-round work and care.

We have built our own greenhouses, which grow seedlings of various crops - peppers, tomatoes and aubergines with an integrated system for control of humidity, temperature and soil.

The high yield and quality is very crucial year-round preparation and caring for the soil.It is interesting to know that our preparation starts from the months of October-November the previous year. In late summer - early autumn we prepare the soil by deep plowing, and in late autumn we cultivate the soil in depth using agricultural machinery, and leave the land to rest.

All our field is proud of its history, with all necessary data for soil and vegetables grown on it.

Every spring we do a complete and thorough analysis of the soil in our laboratories analyze the nutrients contained in it and check how much should be added to satisfy the needs for good plant growth.In the spring time we cultivate the soil and carefully plant any tender seedling of the vegetables.

The fields are equipped with pre-built irrigation system,drip irrigation. This irrigation system helps us maintain regular moisture of  plants.Through it we dissolve in water all nutrients needed for each blade separately - nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and trace elements necessary. For the wellbeing of the plant itself at every stage of its cultivation, we regulate by computer the nutrients that must bear the required standard. Before we add the nutrients we study the soil to analyze the elements that remained from the previous year and thus choose the optimal dosage in each stage of the plant development for the relevant crop. These analysis and studies are  conducted in our own laboratories. Care for the soil and plant development - humidity, temperature and food additives are monitored and are under permanent control of four highly qualified agronomists.

For the development of every culture, in particular to each field individually by computer are monitored and perform operations watering, fertilizing, cultivating, packing and harvesting.The water is filtered before being fed to the plants.

We meet all requirements for good management of soil and environmental protection.

For the company is created a system for full traceability of the process from the very beginning to his trip and the issuance of the certificate of conformity of vegetables, as before they were tested in the laboratory and meet the regulations for production of fresh fruits and vegetables in Bulgaria.Operations carried out in the field are reflected in full of documents in the computer program for each separate field that allows for making fast, accurate and correct decisions by company management.

For proper development of individual vegetables used is used  the experience of established scientists from the Bulgarian Instituteof Agricultural Sciencesand best international expertise of external consultants and specialists in the vegetable.

The company has a full range of modern specialized agricultural equipment necessary for gardening.We own a totally independent pumping station, which provides the requisite amount of water for irrigation. We own greenhouses for growing seedlings. We have a well-equipped agricultural facility, in which are carried out all manipulations in landing, sorting, loading and inspection and appropriate packaging of produced vegetables.
