Social responsibility to employees

Deroni Company is among the largest employers in Bulgaria. Employ nearly 300 people and have contributed to employment growth in the regions of Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Plovdiv, Sofia, Varna and Burgas.

Construction of the new factory of Deroni in the town of Stara Zagora, allowed us to create new jobs in the region and support the development of competitive local economy. The factory is equipped with the latest technological lines and advanced technology, which makes it a desirable place to work and contribute to the development of the human resource.

Deroni Company has implemented and maintained in its four factories, healthy and safe working conditions. The company offers competitive salaries, transportation to work, career opportunities and professional development of its employees.

All employees at the headquarters have many years service for the company and for the past 6 years not a single employee has left.

Logistics centers of the company in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas also contribute to the development of the regions and increase the employment.

Responsibility to consumers

Deroni’s four factories are equipped with modern installations and facilities of the modern food industry.

The company has its own laboratories for analysis and control. Laboratories are equipped with devices for continuous monitoring during production, which enable us to perform continuous analysis of raw materials and finished products, equipped with the best modern laboratory equipment and apparatus, meeting the latest requirements.

We have added stringent measures to control production, quality and hygiene.

Manufacturing enterprises Deroni have automated lines of production and are certified by all relevant European standards:

•  ISO 9001: 2008 - a system of quality management;
•  ISO22 000: 2005 - management system for quality and food safety;
•  IFS certificate - an international standard for food;

 

Deroni Company produces raw materials in its own enterprise for production of fresh vegetables.

We have built teams of specialists and food technologists with 30 years experience and young professionals as well, following the latest European trends.

All Deroni sterilized products in glass jars and bottles are a guarantee that nopreservatives are used.

Socially responsible initiatives

We pride ourselves on being a socially responsible company that actively supports charitable projects and sponsoring important for the culture, education and public health major events.

For the past few years Deroni participated in numerous charity campaigns - donations to children's homes in the country, shares related to disadvantaged people and children deprived of parental care:

•   Homes for rearing and upbringing of children deprived of parental care / orphanages.
•   Homes for children with mental retardation / DDMUI.
•   SOS Children's Villages.
•   Homes for the elderly.
•   Association Club of the disabled with physical disabilities in the town of Haskovo.
•   Reformatory schools.
•   Union of Diabetics.
•   Association Reto hope "- the treatment of addicts.
•   Since 2007, company member of the Bulgarian Red Cross.

 Participate in various projects to promote the talents of children:
