We take pride in the quality control that perform during the entire cycle of our production.
Factories Deroni have two chemical and one microbiological laboratory, equipped with all necessary equipment.
Permanent laboratory analysis:
Full analysis of the soil.
Full analysis of all incoming raw materials.
Control and analysis of the growing vegetables.
Overall control during production.
Deroni company has implemented an integrated management system for quality control and safety of food.
Control of production takes place on three levels:
Incoming control of the relevant indexes of raw and auxiliary materials-analysis of each batch of raw materials in the laboratories of the canning factories of Deroni.
Technological production control, which includes control of used raw materials, technological time, pH, dry substance and others.
Analysis of finished product and a certificate of quality.
