*In March we aresowing the grains, from whichwegrow vegetable plants.
*We have built  our own greenhouses where wecultivateseedlings from different vegetables -peppers, tomatoes and aubergines. Plants grow under the constant care of our agronomists using the implemented system forhumidity and temperaturecontrol.
*In April and Mayweplant the grown seedlings  inthe"gardens of Deroni." The fields are equipped with automatic irrigation system. Through this system, each plant gets the necessary water and microelements.
 

* In the summer vegetable plants grow under the warm southern sun in the heart of the Thracian lowland under constant care and supervision of our  agronomists.
* During Autumn wepick by hand ripe and delicious vegetables, and then transport them to the factoryofDeroni, where we roast them.
* In thefactories of Deroni we produce each jar Homemade LutenitsaCoarsely ground, following the Bulgarian tradition and craftinessof our food technologists. 
 

* We have our own labs for analysis and control. Our laboratories are equipped with devices for continuous monitoring during production, enabling us to perform continuous analysis of raw materials and finished products.
*The four production enterprises of Deroni  have automated production lines and are certified by all relevant European standards: ISO 9001: 2008 - System of quality management; ISO 22000: 2005 - System of quality management and food safety; IFS certificate - international Food Standard.
